The Trust Process
Five checks, in the same order, on every device that leaves this store. It is not a back-office formality and it is not a promise we ask you to take on faith - it is something you are invited to stand and watch, on the device you are buying.

Device check
Authenticity confirmed - no fake IMEIs, no shortcuts.
We confirm the device is what it says it is before anything else happens. The IMEI is checked, and so is the device it belongs to. This is the step that decides whether there is anything worth checking after it.

Physical condition
Every inch inspected for damage or defects.
Screen, frame, back, ports and buttons, gone over in the light and in front of you. Anything we find, you see - a mark we point out ourselves is worth more to you than one you find at home.

Functions test
Camera, calls, charging and speaker, tested live.
Not a checklist we tick behind the counter. The camera takes a picture, the phone makes a call, the charger goes in, the speaker plays - while you watch, on the device you are buying rather than a demo unit.

Accessories
Everything that should be in the box, is.
We confirm what comes with the device against what should come with it, and tell you plainly when something is not included rather than letting you discover it later.

Packaging
Sealed and handed over only once every step is complete.
The device is packed and sealed at the end, not before. Nothing is handed over part-checked, and nothing is sealed that you have not seen checked.
Why we do it this way
A check you cannot see is a claim, not a check. Every step here happens in front of the person buying the device, because a business that is confident in what it sells has nothing to hide in how it sells it.
It is slower. We have decided that is the right trade: a customer who trusts us once comes back, and tells others to come too.

You do not take a knife's sharpness on faith - you test it. The same is true of a phone, and of the shop selling it.
After the sale
The check does not end the relationship. If something goes wrong with a device you bought here, or with one you did not, there is a person on the other end of it.
