Send the form below with your order or receipt number and what the device is doing. The more specific, the faster we can help.

2. We come back to you
We check the purchase against our records and confirm whether it is still in cover, usually the same working day.

3. We look at the device
Bring it in, or send it if you are out of town. The diagnostic is free for anything under warranty.

4. Repair or replace
Covered faults are repaired or replaced at no charge. If it is not covered, we quote you before doing anything.
What cover you have
What you have is the manufacturer's warranty that comes with the device. We do not sell a shop warranty on top of it and we do not shorten it - the cover is the maker's, for as long as the maker gives it. Because it is theirs, the length and the terms differ by brand and by model, so they are printed on the product page of whatever you bought rather than claimed as one blanket policy here.
On used and graded stock that means whatever is left of the manufacturer's cover, if any - often nothing. We say which it is at the counter rather than leave you to assume. If you are not sure what applies to yours, send the request anyway and we will look it up.
- Manufacturing faults and hardware that fails in normal use are what a warranty is for.
- Physical damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repairs are normally outside it.
- Either way the diagnostic is free, and nothing is charged without quoting you first.
